Rust removal:

Spray of normal roof paints:

  • This process includes preparation of the surface, and 2 coats roofing paint to specification.
  • If required other services such as rust removal and waterproofing can be done.
Spray of thermal roof paint:
  • This process includes preparation of the surface, and 1 coat specialized thermal roof paint.
  • If required other services such as rust removal and waterproofing can be done.

WATERPROOFING:

We specialize in assisting our clients with various waterproofing solutions for both pitched and flat roofs. Waterproofing products can be applied to any surface from metal to concrete, and all products carry a 15-year maintenance free warranty.

We have the following range of products:
S-26 HD (Heavy Duty): ideal to flat roof surfaces
S-26 LD (Light Duty): ideal for pitched roof surfaces
S-26 Brick and Stone Seal: ideal for facebrick and natural stone surfaces
S-26 Balcony and Floor Seal: ideal for floor surfaces

All waterproofing products have the following characteristics:

- Solvent free waterbased plastic coating
- Seamless application
- Resistant to extreme climatic conditions
- UV resistant
- Sets quickly and begins curing immediately after application
- Can be re-coated and repaired easily
- Can be applied over existing waterproofing
